🌟 Grateful for my time at Microsoft and even more grateful to be part of the alumni community. This week’s Microsoft Alumni Conference was a reminder of the lasting impact of the company—and the power of the people connected to it. A few key takeaways that stuck with me: 1️⃣ Purpose-driven leadership matters – From social entrepreneurship to nonprofit impact, the sessions highlighted how financial success and social good can—and should—work hand in hand. 2️⃣ AI is reshaping every industry, healthcare included – With doctors in some cases still relying on fax machines, it’s clear the gap between what’s possible and what’s practiced is wide. The opportunity for AI to augment professionals, boost productivity, and reimagine care delivery is enormous. 3️⃣ Innovation requires boldness – Whether it was Lucas Joppa’s perspective on pairing science with software, or conversations about rethinking how teams collaborate, the theme was clear: don’t just imagine the future—build it. A huge thank you to Cloe Zeng and Mike Novasio for the support and for making the experience even more valuable. 🙏 Excited to keep the momentum going and to stay connected with so many inspiring leaders across industries.

Love these takeaways, Ron. The purpose + tech + boldness mix is powerful. That reminder to not just imagine the future but actually build it really hits.

Thank you for sharing. Keep leading my friend.
