AI - Strategy enabler vs Technology I was in a conversation the other day where someone said, "We need to use AI more." It's a phrase I am sure you have also heard and I do agree with, but “To do what?" Adopting AI is a journey, and not a sprint. One of the most critical first step isn't about the technology, it’s about what is the problem we are trying to solve / opportunity we want to avail. What is our "why?" * Is it to improve customer support response times? * Is it to automate a manual, repetitive task? * Is it to generate better market insights? When we can clearly articulate our goal and the pain point we need to solve, the path to a successful implementation strategy becomes a straight line instead of a winding road. To be honest, depending on the goal, it may or may not even involve AI. We need to approach it with an open mind.
