Like most of our work is started with a big idea. It sales glow. We don't just do sales effectiveness or do sales compensation. We're problem solvers and we're passionate about it. That's what drives us. We like to get behind the problem and come up with the right answer for the company, and sometimes it's something they haven't thought of before. One of my frustrations over the years is that I've watched companies and I've watched executives look for the answer and the benchmarks or the best practices or maybe the way we've done it before. And the issue is they're not solving the real problem. And that's what sales compensation for results is all about, helping you become a better problem solver around sales compensation. I've been in consulting for many years and one thing I noticed is that executives and companies, they don't always need a project. A lot of times they need information, they need resources, they need interactive information, and they need high quality content on demand when they need it. O If the plan had $30,000 of target incentive, a top performer could earn another $30,000 in incentive on top of the targeted incentive. Numerous methods for quota setting, ranging from flat quotas to indicators of market potential. Well, each measure has its own mechanics that define how performance on that measure is related to incentive pay. It's also a good practice. Run a standard panel of analytics as a general health check on the program. The reason we did this is because we saw a need with people in sales compensation and sales operations roles.
