Everyone’s jumping on AI these days… and honestly, it’s easy to get excited. But here’s the thing — even with AI, if you don’t know what you’re doing, you’re still lost. AI isn’t going to magically fix your problem or tell you the right way forward. It’s just a tool. You still need to understand what you’re trying to solve and how to approach it. So before you rush in, ask yourself: – What exactly am I trying to do? – Do I really understand the problem? – Am I using the right data and methods? AI can help a lot, but only when you know how to use it.

When you hand an AI model a vague request, you’re also handing it all of your unspoken assumptions. The problem? The model doesn’t know what’s “obvious” to you. That’s why the output often looks close… but not quite right. The real power comes when you shift the interaction. Don’t just say “write the code.” Instead, collaborate with the model to explore edge cases, clarify scope, and shape the ticket together By doing that, the context the model uses to solve the problem becomes much richer. And rich context = better results. This isn’t just prompting, it’s product thinking with AI.

Context prompting is the art of giving AI the right background, details, and intention so that the output actually makes sense for your needs. Think of it like this: A vague prompt = generic answers. A well-structured context prompt = tailor-made solutions. Your ability to communicate context will decide whether AI is a toy or a tool for you. And here’s the truth: The future belongs to those who can bridge the gap between human thinking and AI execution. That bridge is context prompting.

If at some point we are trying to boost the performance of an AI model by using regularization techniques such as increasing it's drop out value and adding some architectural layers to force it to learn , this is a clear proof that people won't learn in their comfort zones unless being pressured, given deadline and other necessary conditions to evaluate their performance rate. As humans our learning rate is directly proportional to the challenges we face in life and guess what, AI models are no exception to this rule. We train them based on our data set while as humans we learn based on our life's experiences.

Is AI Making Us Smarter Or Dumber? I use AI literally, every single day. And honestly it’s had a huge positive impact on my life and business. It saves me time, helps me draft emails, automate, research markets, come up with ideas, and often gives me perspectives I wouldn’t have thought of on my own. Sure, using AI for certain tasks makes sense it streamlines work and gives us more time to focus on the bigger picture. But there are also tasks where, if we rely on AI too heavily, it might actually stop us from sharpening our own skills. So, is AI making us smarter by expanding what we can do?
