The AI business experiment that shocked Silicon Valley 🤖💼 Anthropic gave Claude $1,000 and 30 days to run a real store. The results? A masterclass in why human intuition still beats algorithms. Key findings: • AI excelled at supplier research & inventory tracking • Failed spectacularly at pricing psychology • Lost 20% revenue despite zero competition • Created non-existent payment methods 🤦♂️ Plot twist: This “failure” reveals the perfect AI-human partnership model for businesses. While AI handles data analysis, humans drive profit decisions. The future isn’t replacement—it’s strategic collaboration. Ready to leverage AI the RIGHT way in your business?

AI is not a fad. It is a test of courage for business. 🤖 Polish companies are increasingly willing to use artificial intelligence in customer service, sales, logistics, and risk management. But most are still playing it safe. AI is confined to simple, repetitive processes, and consequently, the results are far from groundbreaking. The real revolution begins when entrepreneurs stop treating AI as a toy for automating simple tasks and start using it in strategic areas of business, investing not only in technology but above all in people and skills. And that's when you see: ✔️ time savings, ✔️ a clear leap in productivity, ✔️ products and services that meet customer needs, ✔️ a team that, instead of fearing change, wants even more of it. AI is no longer a technological gadget. It is a catalyst for organizational change that accelerates digitization and opens companies up to new business models. 👉 The question is no longer whether to implement artificial intelligence, but how quickly and in what area to start in order not to fall behind. Does your company treat AI as an experiment, or is it already building a competitive advantage on it?

AI will ruin your business if you don't fix your systems here’s what to do first 👇🏻 talk of AI is everywhere. you can't escape it. i x-rayed a founders business last week (https://lnkd.in/eygQpQPu) and her main issue? she was trying to plug AI into every nook and cranny... and you know what that led to? MORE chaos. yup. AI didn't help plug those gaps. it made it WORSE. so listen up, this is important 📣 👉🏻 AI won’t fix broken systems. 👉🏻 it will just automate the chaos. before you plug AI into your business, get clear on your foundations: (𝟭) 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 if there’s no repeatable way of doing things, AI has nothing to optimise. start by documenting the steps for your most common tasks. (𝟮) 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 if roles and responsibilities are fuzzy, AI won’t create clarity. make sure everyone knows who owns what, and where AI fits in (as support, not replacement). (𝟯) 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 if you don’t know what’s most important, AI will just speed up the wrong things. define the outcomes that actually drive your business forward. once these are in place? that’s when AI becomes powerful. remember AI can 𝘢𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘺 what’s already working. but it can’t build a stable business for you. get your systems in order first. then layer AI on top. 👉 what’s one area of your business you’d want AI to support once your foundations are solid?

𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 “𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐈 𝐝𝐨?” 𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 “𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞?” In 2007, Apple didn’t ask, “What can phones do?” They asked, “What would a phone look like if it was also the world’s best pocket computer?” That question reframed the entire industry. With #AI, we’re at a similar moment. The most valuable leaders won’t ask how to automate existing tasks. They’ll ask: ➟ What new products exist only because AI makes them feasible? ➟ What new markets open up when friction disappears? ➟ What forms of client intimacy become possible when intelligence scales? 👉 Founders who ask the bigger “what’s possible” questions will shape the next decade. Those who don’t will spend it reacting. If these are the kinds of questions you’re wrestling with, that’s the work I do with founders and executives reframing AI from a tool into a strategy. AI in Business Development: The Shift You Can’t Ignore AI isn’t just for tech companies—it’s reshaping every industry, whether we notice it or not. From the way sales teams analyze customer data, to how supply chains predict demand, to the personalization of client interactions—AI is already here, quietly improving efficiency and opening doors for growth. The question isn’t “Will AI impact my business?” but rather “Am I using it to my advantage?” For business development, AI can: 1. - Identify patterns in customer behavior that humans might miss 2. - Automate repetitive tasks, freeing time for deeper client engagement 3.- Generate insights that make strategies sharper and more precise 4.- Help us focus on the signal (opportunities) instead of the noise (distractions) Leaders who embrace this shift will find themselves scaling faster, building smarter partnerships, and making decisions backed by clarity. Those who don’t risk being left behind by competitors who are already using these tools. Business development has always been about relationships and vision—AI doesn’t replace that; it strengthens it.

🚀 Are you leveraging AI effectively in your business, or is it falling short? In my experience, many companies struggle with implementing AI because they miss a few crucial steps. Here are some common pitfalls I've seen: 1️⃣ Lack of Clear Objectives: Without a defined purpose, you're just throwing technology at a problem without strategy. 2️⃣ Underestimating Data Quality: The saying "garbage in, garbage out" holds true—poor data will yield poor results. 3️⃣ Overlooking Employee Training: Your team is your greatest asset. If they don't understand how to use AI, its potential remains untapped. 4️⃣ Failure to Integrate: AI should work with your existing systems—not just be an add-on. Integration is crucial for seamless performance. 5️⃣ Neglecting Monitoring and Improvement: AI needs continual oversight. Without proper monitoring, you can't measure success or find areas for improvement. 💡 Reflecting on these challenges, I wonder: ❓ What steps is your organization taking to avoid these pitfalls? ❓ Have you had experiences where AI implementation didn’t meet expectations? Let's turn these hurdles into pathways for success!

Automate what’s easy. But never outsource what makes you human. AI isn’t always a replacement. But it's almost always an amplifier. The leaders scaling fastest? They don’t ask AI to make their decisions. They ask it to clear the noise so they can decide better. They use it to: → Summarize hours of notes in minutes → Draft first-pass emails and proposals → Handle the repetitive “busy work” nobody misses → Connect systems so nothing slips through the cracks That’s leverage. But here’s the danger: When you outsource the wrong things, you trade away your edge. Your vision. Your relationships. Your judgment. Those are the very things AI can’t replicate. And they’re what compound over time. AI should create space for you to go deeper on the work only you can do. Automate the mechanical. Protect the meaningful. ♻️ Repost to help your network use AI wisely. 🔔 Follow SPARK6 for actionable insights on AI, systems, and strategy.

AI Is Accelerating Business. But Trust Still Wins. Last week, I spoke with a business owner who has been investing heavily in AI to streamline operations and improve the customer experience. He said something that stopped me in my tracks: "AI has helped us move faster, personalize more, and answer instantly… but it hasn’t replaced the need for human trust.” That’s the paradox of AI. Customers love speed, personalization, and convenience. But when the stakes are high — a big purchase, a long-term commitment, or a complex decision — they still want to look someone in the eye and feel confident. Here’s what I’m seeing across industries: AI delivers speed. Trust drives loyalty. Customers will try you for convenience — but they stay when they believe you’ll deliver. AI scales information. Trust scales relationships. Employees need confidence and clarity to explain AI-driven outcomes in human terms. AI can’t repair mistakes. People can. When something goes wrong, trust — not technology — determines whether customers stay or leave. The more AI automates, the more valuable the human layer becomes. Being trusted isn’t a nice-to-have. It’s the ultimate competitive advantage. How are you preparing your team to thrive in a world where technology moves fast, but trust moves business?

"In a world of prediction, surprise becomes precious." Artificial Intelligence has revolutionized the way businesses operate, providing unprecedented predictive capabilities. From forecasting sales trends to anticipating customer needs, AI's ability to predict future events is changing the game. But what happens when everything becomes predictable? The element of surprise becomes a rare and valuable asset. For businesses, this means that while leveraging AI to predict and plan is essential, maintaining a space for the unexpected is equally important. Surprises can fuel innovation, spark creativity, and set your business apart from competitors who rely purely on data-driven forecasts. Consider how AI can help you identify trends and patterns that weren't initially obvious. By doing so, you can create surprising new opportunities that delight your customers. For instance, using AI-driven insights to understand customer behavior can lead to the development of innovative products or services that surprise and engage your audience in ways they hadn't anticipated. Moreover, it's important for businesses to not become complacent with AI predictions. Encourage your team to challenge the data, ask questions, and explore the "what ifs." This practice not only fosters a culture of curiosity but also ensures that your business remains agile and responsive to the unpredictable elements of the market. Finally, remember that while AI is a powerful tool, it is ultimately the human element that adds creativity and surprise. Embrace a balanced approach by combining AI's predictive power with human intuition and creativity. This synergy can lead to breakthroughs that are both innovative and unexpected. P.S. How do you balance AI predictions with fostering innovation in your business? Made it this far to read? Awesome! But if the post didn’t help or teach you anything, check out the video below. It may be a bit unrelated, but you might still learn something, or at the very least, be entertained (hopefully). ******* Want to learn how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can improve your business operations? 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗘𝗱𝗴𝗲? 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻-𝗔𝗜 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 Here's a provocative thought: The future won't be won by those with the most advanced AI, but by those who master the art of human-AI collaboration. Let me break this down: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: • It's not about AI replacing humans • It's about dynamic partnerships where human creativity meets AI precision • It's about amplifying strengths on both sides 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺: • Teams that blend human judgment with AI insights • Companies moving beyond basic automation to true augmentation • Leaders who understand that symbiotic collaboration beats solo performance 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴: • Physicians making breakthrough diagnoses by partnering with AI • Business strategists developing more nuanced competitive analyses • Creatives producing higher-engagement work through hybrid intelligence 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁: Most companies are still stuck in the "AI as a tool" mindset. They're missing the bigger picture: AI isn't just another technology layer - it's a collaborative partner that learns and evolves with your team. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: The new human-AI chemistry will define your success. Not because AI is powerful (it is), but because the quality of this partnership determines who excels in a world shaped by adaptive collaboration. 🔥 Question: How are you building human-AI chemistry in your organization? 🎯 Follow for strategic AI insights from the frontlines
