🎯 What does Agile really mean to you? For me, it's not about mastering frameworks or perfecting ceremonies. It's much simpler and more powerful than that. Agile is about alignment. → Aligning with your organization's vision → Understanding the why behind what we build → Knowing who we serve and the value we create Agile is about being helpful. → How can I help my team succeed? → How can I support leadership goals? → How can I contribute to our shared vision? When I approach Agile this way, everything becomes clearer. The tools make sense. The practices have purpose. And I become someone who both gives help and receives it. It's not about being "good at Agile"—it's about leveraging these tools to align with your organization and be maximally helpful to others. This mindset has shaped how I work and live.
