🔌 Thermal Overload Relay – Smart Protection for Motors ⚡ In industrial applications, overload protection for electric motors is extremely important. When a motor draws more current than its rated capacity, it can overheat, causing equipment damage or even accidents. Switching on 13 lighting groups at once? Sounds simple but in practice it means high inrush current, tripped breakers, and faster component wear. My solution: ✔️ 0.5 second delay per group all lights on, but the grid stays stable ✔️ Load distribution power supplies and breakers are protected ✔️ Cost savings no oversized hardware required Of course, I know there are off-the-shelf components for this. But: the control system I developed goes further. 👉 Individual control of groups 👉 Multi-function buttons 👉 Illuminate only selected work areas efficient and cost-saving For the operator this means: longer system lifetime, reduced investment costs, and a flexible control system that adapts to real-world needs. 👉 And this is where the true value of an hourly rate shows: Not 90% for “turning screws”, but 90% for know-how the ability to anticipate problems and create solutions that outperform standard hardware.
