In an AI-first world, a key determinant of success is how effectively and how quickly organisations convert resources into adaptive intelligence. Companies can be usefully thought of, similar to generative models, as structures of prediction and correction that adapt through feedback loops. What’s different now is that these loops are increasingly agentic and observable, making organisational intelligence both measurable and immediate. This reframes what both founders and investors should prioritise. For founders, the challenge is not only to build AI first products but also to create AI first organisations that sustain responsiveness as they scale. For investors, value add may come from helping companies design for organisational intelligence - helping to ensure that founder priors and capabilities continue to shape the organisation day to day over a longer period than in the traditional playbook. Organisational intelligence is the meta-moat that amplifies all others. I go deeper on this below. https://lnkd.in/eqAxyDeD
