🚧 A New Section of Olympia Odos Is Now Open to Traffic! 🛣️   The 65 km Patras–Pyrgos section officially opened on 1 August 2025 at midday. This extension of the Olympia Odos (Athens, Korinthos, Patra, Pyrgos motorway) motorway is a key driver of economic growth, enhancing the safety of drivers and travellers to the region of Ilia, and Western Greece, while being fully integrated into the TEN‑T trans‑European network.   Delivered to plan and with zero occupational fatalities, this achievement is the result of excellent collaboration and dedication from everyone involved: the State Authorities, the Concessionaire, the Constructors, the Lenders, their Technical Advisor, and the Independent Engineer.   As the Independent Engineer, we at the setec tpi and SALFO & ASSOCIATES SA. Joint Venture are grateful for the successful contribution of our joint Team to this landmark project. Setec tpi was represented by Issam EL GELDEH, international Director and Olivier Prudhomme, Greece Country Manager.   We were especially delighted by the attendance of the Ambassador of France, Laurence Auer, at the opening ceremony.
