It was a learning packed 4 days at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. I had the awesome opportunity to listen to three leaders who are trailblazers in their own domain. 1. Sriram Venkateswaran, APAC Head of Data and Analytics at Google who demonstrated how to build an Analytics team from ground up. He shared his experience of doing this at Google, the challenges along the way and how Analytics itself has evolved over the years. 2. Virendrasinh Gohil, Head of Architecture and GenAI at BNP Paribas who showed a LIVE DEMO of the power of MULTIMODAL LLMs in a use case of finding an object in an overly cluttered room. He beautifully showcased the importance of business understanding beyond technical jargons while approaching GenAI. 3. Rahul Dash, CoFounder of Purplle.com who shared his personal learnings on "How to start a startup", part of a series of talks conducted by IIMA Ventures. These sessions add immense value to our academic learnings and provide a perfect blend of vision and practicality.

8moThank you Shruti Agrawal, Pratik Biswas and others for organizing these sessions… It was indeed excellent opportunity to interact with this batch. Many interesting and thoughtful questions during the session. Thanks for making it interactive and not a “monologue”. 🙂
