The momentum around career-based education is real and accelerating. Last week I had an opportunity to meet CEOs at the Business Roundtable in DC, all of whom focused on the same national challenge: how do we work with education to rebuild the skilled workforce our economy needs starting in the classroom? And this week, at the SkillsUSA National Leadership & Skills Conference, after hearing an inspirational speech from Mike Rowe we saw the power 100s of employers coming together with educators to train and prepare the next generation of the skilled trades. One thing is clear - when employers lean in with educators to serve learners the outcomes are dramatically better! Thank you to all the employers that broke bread with us. Looking foward to working with you. Congratulations Chelle Travis Gayle Silvey Lori Randle Missy Wilson on another amazing conference! Always great to see and spend time with the fantastic Transfr team, Katie George, CPSL Kuji Wright Andrew Abraham Laura Razo Zach Muskin Jason Eckman. #SkillsUSA #Transfr #WorkforceDevelopment #MikeRowe #BRTForum2025
Thank you, Bharanidharan Rajakumar! It was truly energizing to see so many leaders from the boardroom to the classroom aligned around one critical mission: building and elevating our skilled workforce. Your reflections from the Business Roundtable and our National Leadership & Skills Conference perfectly capture the momentum we’re seeing across the country. It’s clear that when business and education work together, we can create powerful outcomes for learners and for our economy. We’re so grateful to the many employers who are stepping up and investing in the next generation of skilled professionals. Appreciate your support and partnership! It’s always a pleasure to connect with the incredible team at Transfr!
