Quick Microsoft Ads reminder (to myself and my team too 😅): Imports from Google, Meta, Pinterest… they’re super convenient. Microsoft will even schedule it for you automatically. But that default setup? Rarely what you actually want. Every time I start a new account, I have to remind myself—and my team—to actually check the details: targeting, bids, budgets, ad copy. Treat it like moving into a new house—you don’t just leave everything in the boxes. Imports save time, but strategy still matters.
