🚀 Exploring AI Agents with Microsoft Entra External ID – From a Performance Perspective 🔍 As someone working on performance, scalability, and operational efficiency, I recently found this update on Copilot Studio agents integration with Microsoft Entra External ID particularly interesting and exploring further. Why it matters from a performance and enterprise perspective: 1. Secure access at scale: External users can authenticate seamlessly without compromising system performance. 2. hashtag #EfficientWorkflows: Integrating OAuth 2.0 with AI agents means less friction for users, reducing bottlenecks and potential load issues. 3. hashtag #EnterpriseReadiness: Extending AI capabilities to partners or customers now comes with built-in governance and security - critical for high-performing, mission-critical systems. From a testing standpoint, this opens up opportunities to validate authentication flows, monitor load for external users, and ensure smooth AI agent response under concurrent access. If you’re designing AI-powered solutions for your organization or clients, this is a great step toward scalable, secure, and high-performing deployments. 🚨 The AI agent gold rush has a blind spot. And it’s bigger than most realize. Everyone’s racing to deploy Microsoft Copilot agents — chasing the promise of AI that does work, not just generate answers. But under the hood? Most enterprises are building on a foundation that can’t support the weight of what’s coming. 🔥 Here’s the disconnect: AI agents are being deployed with testing practices built for static apps Teams spend 65+ hours/month maintaining basic Microsoft Dynamics 365 tests — now multiplied by Copilot complexity Demos impress. But production environments don’t care about your demo 🔍 The new AI reality: Microsoft’s own security team is raising flags. Not because Copilot is broken — but because agent-based AI introduces entirely new failure modes: Traditional testing asks: “Does this feature work?” Agent testing demands: “Can this AI be tricked into doing something unintended?” That’s not a QA checklist. That’s a trust and risk conversation. 💡 The real opportunity? While the world rushes to build agents, few are building the testing foundation required to scale them safely. Microsoft is handing you the tools — Copilot Studio, Azure AI Studio, the full stack. But tools don’t deliver transformation. Foundations do. 🧱 The orgs that get this right — that embed continuous testing into their AI strategy — will move faster, deploy safer, and out-innovate the rest. Are you building with confidence — or just crossing your fingers? #Leapwork #CopilotStudio #MicrosoftEcosystem #EnterpriseAI #AIAgents #DigitalTransformation #TestingStrategy #Leapwork #AIrisk #NoCodeAutomation #AInnovate

Notion’s new 𝗔𝗜 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 caught my eye. Unlike Microsoft Copilot or other assistants that 𝘀𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁, these actually 𝗱𝗼, executing multi-step projects, organizing pages, even pulling in research. It feels more 𝗔𝗜-𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 than just “AI bolted on.” However, it's important to remember: 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝘂𝗴-𝗮𝗻𝗱-𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆. If your data is messy or workflows unclear, the agent will just amplify that. And like with all GenAI, mistakes will happen - trust comes with setup and oversight. Where I see promise: • Rapid project launches • Research + synthesis • Offloading repetitive ops Will it replace every app? No. But for knowledge work, it’s a step beyond typical automation. #GenerativeAI #AgenticAI #FutureOfWork #AITrends
