Quantinuum, a four-year-old startup based in Broomfield, CO, that develops quantum computing hardware and software and builds full-stack systems for scientific, commercial, and industrial use, raised a $600 million round at a $10 billion pre-money valuation, double the valuation of its previous January 2024 round. IQM Quantum Computers, the Espoo-based builder of full-stack superconducting quantum systems, has raised €275M in a record-breaking Series B round, bringing its total funding to $600M (€514M) and valuing the company at unicorn status. The round was co-led by Ten Eleven Ventures, the cybersecurity-focused U.S. investment firm, alongside Finnish investor Tesi. QuEra Computing, a Boston-based quantum computing startup, has secured a significant investment of $230 million through a convertible note. This round was led by prominent investors such as Google and SoftBank, with participation from Valor Equity Partners and other existing investors. The funds will be used to propel QuEra's next phase of growth, focusing on developing a fully functional quantum computer within the next three to five years.
