Excellent podcast covers "Flash Teams", which are "project groups that can be instantly, efficiently, and cost-effectively brought together and organized via online labor markets and AI ..." I'm old enough to remember when this type of project team was called "The Hollywood Model" in #futureofwork circles. But the Hollywood Model pre-dates online #freelance marketplaces and #AI, so I guess we need a new buzzword. The podcast is based on a soon-to-be-released book called "Flash Teams".
