🌍 Making a Difference Together – Empower for Impact! 💙 There’s more to life than paintbrushes and masking tape! Many of our employees dedicate their free time to social projects – whether as volunteer board members in a kindergarten, in nature conservation, supporting the homeless, or helping migrants. This kind of commitment deserves recognition and support! With our Empower for Impact initiative, we actively support our employees' outstanding social engagement by providing a total of €20,000 in funding for their causes. 🔹 How does it work? 💡 Nomination Phase: Our employees nominate social projects they are personally involved in. ❤️ Voting Phase: All employees vote for the projects that inspire them the most. 🏆 Funding: The three projects with the most votes receive financial support. Social and local engagement are core pillars of our company culture. With Empower for Impact, we’re not just giving donations—we’re shining a light on the inspiring stories behind our employees’ efforts. Dieses Engagement verdient Anerkennung und Unterstützung! Mit unserer Initiative Empower for Impact fördern wir dieses großartige ehrenamtliche Engagement und unterstützen Herzensprojekte mit insgesamt 20.000 EUR. 🔹 Wie funktioniert es? 💡 Nominierungsphase: Unsere Mitarbeitenden nominieren soziale Projekte, für die sie sich in ihrer Freizeit engagieren. ❤️ Abstimmungsphase: Alle Mitarbeitenden stimmen für die Projekte ab, die sie am meisten bewegen. 🏆 Unterstützung: Die drei Projekte mit den meisten Stimmen erhalten finanzielle Förderung. Soziales und lokales Engagement sind feste Eckpfeiler unserer Unternehmenskultur.
