Happy 10-Year Swoon-iversary to Lisa Strotman, MS Lisa has been with Swoon for a decade, leading recruiting teams across the country with empathy, consistency, and a steady focus on helping people grow. She’s been a key part of our success, and I feel very lucky to work with her. To celebrate her 10-year milestone, Lisa is heading out on an 8-week fully paid sabbatical early next year (yes, you read that right 😉). We’re excited to hear what she does with the much deserved time off. In the meantime, Lisa is also hiring!
