TAE Power Solutions’ Post

𝗜𝗘𝗘𝗘 𝗣𝗘𝗦 𝗚𝗠 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻, 𝗧𝗲𝘅𝗮𝘀 The IEEE Power & Energy Society General Meeting (PES GM) is a premier annual conference held in North America. This year, the event took place in Austin, Texas, and Syed Ahmed Raza Naqvi, Ph.D., SMIEEE had the honor of representing TPS. In addition to his role at TPS, Syed also serves as the Secretary and Treasurer of the IEEE PES Orange County Chapter. For the first time in nearly a decade of attending this conference, Syed observed an in-depth focus on nuclear fusion and small modular reactors (SMRs) as potential power sources for data centers. It was exciting to see nuclear fusion emerge as a pivotal topic, increasingly viewed as a transformative force in the future of energy grids. Syed received widespread appreciation during the sessions he attended, as attendees recognized the innovative work being done at TPS. Many acknowledged our organization's forward-looking approach and commitment to deploying cutting-edge technologies on the path to a more sustainable and powerful future. He was also invited to the stage to share the success story of the IEEE PES Orange County Chapter, including the impressive number of events it hosts each month. Syed distributed brochures to both students and professionals interested in learning more about our offerings—and even in becoming part of TAE’s mission. It was a true honor to be recognized as a “Company of the Future.” We extend our sincere thanks to Syed for proudly representing TPS on such an esteemed platform and for embodying the spirit of innovation and leadership that defines our organization. We encourage more team members to join the IEEE PES community alongside Syed, and perhaps even take part in the IEEE PES GM 2026 in Montreal!
