Tata Consulting Engineers welcomes 350 young engineers to YEDP 2025

We are delighted to welcome the 2025 batch of campus trainees to our flagship Young Engineers Development Program (#YEDP) at Tata Consulting Engineers (#TCE). This year, more than 350 talented young engineers have joined us after a rigorous selection process that included winners of the TCE ACE Hackathon and participants from our focused outreach across cities in India. Together, they form a diverse and inclusive talent pool that reflects the energy, ambition and capability of the next generation of engineers. The cohort represents an impressive mix of aspiring professionals from premier institutions such as IITs, NITs and several others. Their academic specialisations span a wide range of disciplines, including Architecture, Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation and Control, Mechanical, Power Systems and Structures, bringing varied perspectives and skills to our organisation. These young engineers will be placed across our delivery centres in India, contributing to multiple business units such as Power, Metals and Mining, Project Management Consultancy, Digital and Advanced Technology, Hydrocarbons and Chemicals, Infrastructure, and our subsidiary Ecofirst Services.
