Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients to gather requirements and understand business challenges. Design and propose infrastructure solutions (servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, and networking). Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and solution presentations. Support the sales team in client meetings, RFPs, and demonstrations. Collaborate with technical teams for solution validation and implementation planning. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and vendor certifications. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure pre-sales, solution design, or consulting. Strong knowledge of servers, storage, virtualization, cloud platforms, networking, and data center solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
