Today marks 1 year with The Connor Group — and what a year it has been!🤩 Looking back, I’m incredibly proud of how much I’ve grown both personally and professionally. This past year has challenged me, pushed me, and shaped me into a stronger, more focused version of myself. I want to sincerely thank everyone who has invested their time, energy, and belief into my development. Your mentorship, encouragement, and high standards have made all the difference — and continue to inspire me to bring my best every single day. Special shoutout to these amazing people — Lisa May, Jennie Juran, Sal Gracia, Charles Cannella, Katie Powell, & Katie Smith. One of the things I’ve come to admire most is that The Connor Group truly lives its core values. It’s not just talk — it’s action, consistency, and integrity. I’ve seen it in our day-to-day operations, in how we lead teams, and in the incredible impact we make through our Kids & Community programs. Being able to contribute to that mission has been an honor and a privilege. I’m excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait to see how much more I can grow with this amazing organization.
