"How big is your team?" This question often surprises visitors to successful startups. The answer? Usually smaller than they expected. There's wisdom in staying lean longer than feels comfortable. Small teams are: → More agile → More cost-effective → More aligned on vision → Less bureaucratic The key is knowing when you've hit that inflection point where adding people accelerates rather than complicates your progress. #StartupLife #Entrepreneurship #TeamStrategy

Rethinking MVP: Minimum Viable or Most Valuable? In my conversation with Ridham Modi (Founder, Glasier Inc. & Highen Inc.), we discussed why so many founders rush to launch their MVPs. His answer flipped the script: 👉 “MVP isn’t just Minimum Viable Product. For me, it’s the Most Valuable Part of your startup.” That means: 🔹 Your MVP must reflect your core business fundamentals. 🔹 It’s not about launching fast; it’s about launching with real value. 🔹 Shortcuts may get you to market, but quality keeps you there. 🚀 In an era where everyone is racing to ship quickly, Ridham reminds us that patience + value = long-term success. What do you think should startups launch lean or launch valuable? 👇 #RidhamModi #ChitChatWithHarry #StartupMindset #MVP #FounderInsights #Entrepreneurship

🚨 Here is a startup trap most founders fall into. They fall in love with their own ideas. In his early companies, Jothy Rosenberg was convinced he knew what the market wanted. The truth? Customers were asking for something else entirely. Every pivot hurt, but ignoring feedback would have been fatal. That is why Course Two of Who Says You Can’t Startup focuses on finding product market fit. You will learn how to test ideas with real customers, validate demand before scaling, and avoid the heartbreak of building something no one buys. Your passion matters. But your customer’s needs matter more. 🎓 Start here: Who Says You Can’t Startup Online Course → https://lnkd.in/eBshNAsU Use code 25OFFALLCOURSES for 25 percent off the full bundle. #ProductMarketFit #StartupGrowth #Entrepreneurship #DesigningSuccessfulStartups

A must-read 📖 for startup founders: The Mom Test by Rob Fitzpatrick. A few takeaways so far: 1) Don’t pitch your idea first. Most people will be polite and say they like it, which biases the conversation (with some exceptions, and most founders have heard of something similar to "you are delusional"). What you really want is the truth. 2) DIG deep! Why do they want this product? Why this feature? How are they solving this pain point today? Pay attention to strong emotions -they’re signals. 3) Park your ego and talk less. The more you talk, the less you learn. The goal isn’t to get validation. It’s to uncover the truth: will they actually pay for your product? #startups #entrepreneurship #productdevelopment #customerdiscovery 🚀

Your startup dream needs more than vibes. Large organizations have established processes for prioritizing R&D and setting financial thresholds—if an idea doesn't hit $2 million in POC, they pivot. Startups operate on pure spirit and heart, with founders who believe harder when told something's impossible. While this passion is essential, it needs tempering with market reality. The challenge is pulling founders back from the "ecstasy" of startup life to ensure they're building something solid. Success requires balancing encouragement with honest market assessment. How do you maintain entrepreneurial passion while staying grounded in business fundamentals? #StartupReality #FounderLife #MarketValidation #Founders #ProductLeaders #Entrepreneurship #BusinessStrategy #FounderMentality #Innovation

Hunter Jensen makes a great point here. A lot of startups don’t fail because the idea is bad, they fail because nobody actually wants what they’re building. That’s the product-market fit problem. And the answer isn’t more features, more polish, or more “vision.” It’s what Hunter said: talk to people. Listen. Understand. I’ve seen this in my own work too. Sometimes the biggest unlock doesn’t come from grinding away at the product. It comes from a single conversation that makes you see things differently. At the end of the day, businesses are built on people. If you’re not listening to them, you’re building in the dark. Such a fun and insightful chat with Hunter on this one. #Startups #ProductMarketFit #StartUpTips #BusinessAdvise #Entrepreneurship #TheBuildersQuote

💡 90% of startups fail — but not for the reasons you think. It’s rarely about a “bad idea.” Most founders stumble because they: 1️⃣ Build too much before testing. 2️⃣ Run out of cash chasing the wrong things. 3️⃣ Start marketing too late.
