Many companies are experimenting, but many are struggling to convert the promise of AI to meaningful outcomes. Most companies have solved only a part of the puzzle – e.g. through tech talent marketplaces. Few companies have succeeded in creating a holistic approach that actually works at scale. During the recent NOCA Talent Management Day, I shared the work some of my former colleagues at Korn Ferry developed for one of the world’s leading Consumer brands.
