I am pleased to share that our paper titled “Managing Uncertainties in Active MASW: A Practical Guide for Geotechnical Engineers” has been published in Geotechnical and Geological Engineering. Active MASW is a powerful, non-destructive tool for geotechnical investigations, but challenges like site-specific variability and lack of standardization can impact results. Our latest paper reviews key uncertainties across the MASW workflow to help engineers enhance interpretation quality and confidence, drawing on both academic and industry insights. It serves as a practical guide for geotechnical engineers using Active MASW.
