Tribal Health Experiential Student Internship Seminar THESIS’ Post

It’s been an honor to serve as a mentor for the THESIS Program through the Southern Plains Tribal Health Board this summer. So proud of my mentee, Gabriele Martinelli, for her research on “Addressing Native Mental Health Disparities through Tribal Community and Cultural Context.” Her work is thoughtful, culturally grounded, and timely. Thank you to Gabby and the THESIS team for selecting me as one of this year’s Mentors of the Year.
