Continuing Unity’s Growth!   We’re thrilled to officially welcome Callie Blankenau (Heerwagen) as Unity Partners’ Team Lead of Business Development. Callie will lead all of the firm’s business development efforts, overseeing sourcing and origination while supporting both new platform investments and the growth of existing portfolio companies.   Callie has an impressive background as she joins Unity from The Stephens Group, where she focused on deal sourcing and origination for the company. Earlier in her career, she was an Investment Associate at ORIX Private Equity Solutions and Tribune Capital.
