*AI isn’t about bigger models. it’s about solving the right business problem.* - This is my standard Statement as soon as I hear " I want my company to use AI". Most clients jump straight into flashy tools, thinking bigger is better. But the real wins come from: 1. Identifying high-impact pain points 2. Matching AI solutions/ features to actual workflow needs to ease the workload 3. Testing, iterating, and learning/ adapting fast From the experiences of delivering #agentforce solutions I can definitely say Outcome-focused AI beats hype every time. #AIEnablement #salesforce #agentforce

AI is only as strong as the data behind it. Have you assessed the quality of your data sources? Before shaping an AI strategy, it’s critical to review your data strategy—because the outcomes will vary greatly depending on your data models.
𝗔𝗜 is everywhere but applying it effectively is a whole different challenge. We see organizations across industries rushing to “do something with AI” without first asking: - Is the data ready? - Is the use case right? - Will teams actually adopt it? - Can we measure the impact? That’s why we’re curious. Drop your vote 👇 and let’s see where most organizations feel stuck. #AI #DigitalTransformation #Salesforce #BusinessInnovation #AlliedGeeks

Maybe this is a controversial opinion, but I'm seeing it more and more often that companies are leveraging AI early. I am a huge fan of using AI, and can see the benefits of guided experiences and bots that have a knowledge base that is backing up their responses. When I have implemented these in the past as complimentary to my existing support team, I've always ensured a detailed project plan, training to my team and testing to ensure it works as expected. You can automate all you like, but if your underlying service is slow, clunky or inconsistent, the tech just scales the problem. Tools should amplify what works, not paper over what doesn’t. Before you add a chatbot, fix your knowledge base. Before you launch a new ticket system, clean up your workflows. Support tools are force multipliers—they make the good stuff better and the bad stuff worse. Start with strong foundations: clear processes, well-trained people, useful content. Then let tech do the heavy lifting. 10/100 #100days #customerservice #customersupport #techinsupport

Recently, I had the opportunity to participate in a workshop conducted by GeeksforGeeks in collaboration with Salesforce, where I created my own AI Agent using Agentforce. The workshop was not just about building an agent but also about understanding how AI can be structured to interact, respond, and add value in practical use cases. Through this, I got to explore the process of designing intelligent workflows, integrating automation, and realizing how powerful Agentforce can be in shaping the future of customer and business solutions. What I found most meaningful was how the session connected concepts of AI with real-world applications, making it clear that these tools are not distant technologies but something we can start using and experimenting with today. Thanks to GeeksforGeeks and Salesforce for putting together a session that was both informative and hands-on, helping learners like me get closer to the evolving world of AI-driven innovation. #AI #Agentforce #Salesforce #GeeksforGeeks #ArtificialIntelligence #Learning

AI Agents: The Next Frontier Beyond Chatbots 🚀🤖 We're entering the age of AI agents—autonomous systems that don't just respond to questions, but actively take action to achieve goals. This isn't chatbots 2.0; it's a fundamental shift in how AI integrates into our workflows.🔄 Chatbots vs AI Agents: The Critical Difference 🆚 Chatbots: Reactive. You ask, they respond. Each interaction is isolated. 💬 AI Agents: Proactive. They understand objectives, plan multi-step actions, use tools, learn from outcomes, and adapt their approach. They work toward goals even when you're not watching. 🎯 Think of it as the difference between a helpful assistant who answers questions versus one who manages your calendar, books travel, and handles follow-ups autonomously. ✈️📅 How AI Agents Actually Work 🧠⚙️ 1️⃣ Goal Understanding: Agents interpret high-level objectives and break them down into executable tasks. "Increase our social media engagement" becomes a series of content analysis, posting, and optimization actions. 📊📈 2️⃣ Tool Integration: Unlike chatbots that only generate text, agents interact with APIs, databases, websites, and applications. They can send emails, update spreadsheets, trigger workflows, and coordinate with other systems. 🔧💻 3️⃣ Planning and Reasoning: Agents create multi-step plans, anticipate obstacles, and adjust strategies based on results. They think several moves ahead rather than responding reactively. 🎲♟️ 4️⃣ Persistent Memory: They remember context across sessions, learn from past interactions, and build knowledge about your preferences and workflows over time. 🧠💾 Real-World Agent Applications 🌍 1️⃣ Customer Success Agents: Monitor user behavior, identify at-risk accounts, proactively reach out with solutions. 👥⚠️ 2️⃣ Research Agents: Search multiple sources, synthesize findings, produce comprehensive reports with citations. 📚🔍 3️⃣ DevOps Agents: Monitor system health, diagnose issues, implement fixes while you sleep. 🛠️😴 4️⃣ Sales Agents: Qualify leads, research prospects, personalize outreach throughout the entire pipeline. 💼📞 The magic happens in the orchestration layer—how agents decide what to do next, when to use tools, and how to handle failures gracefully. ✨ Organizations deploying effective AI agents gain massive operational leverage. Instead of scaling teams linearly, they scale intelligence exponentially. 📈🚀 #aiagents #artificialIntelligence #ai #genai #llm

Then came AI agents... Testing the results of executed code used to be easy. Inputs and Outputs. Easy to understand. Now testing means evaluating whether the job gets done. And that job might involve multiple steps, ambiguous language, and a dozen paths to success. You're not just asking if the output matched You're asking: - Was the intent interpreted correctly? - Did the agent choose a valid path? - Was the response appropriate and useful? Acceptance testing has ballooned. And while tools like the Agentforce Testing Center help manage this complexity, there's still a big upfront cost: Defining Your Test Cases. Give me 90% test coverage doesn't apply here. (Though honestly... the early GPT days pulled that off surprisingly well!) The payoff is You get confidence in your agents before every production push which is a must. What's your biggest challenge when it comes to confidence in an Agent you're building? #Salesforce #AI #AgentforceBootCamp #AgentTesting #SalesforceAdmin
