🚀 Thrilled to share a recent milestone – I've successfully crafted a tailored CRM on Microsoft Dynamics 365, complete with a custom Assets Management App that I conceptualized and brought to life independently. 💡 The aim of this solution was to make asset tracking smarter, automated, and seamlessly integrated with external applications. ✨ Key Highlights: Developed a custom app within Dynamics 365 solely focused on asset management. Designed custom Dataverse tables including Assets, Maintenance Logs, Inventory Transactions, Stock Histories, Categories, and Suppliers, covering the entire asset lifecycle. Built Power Automate flows to: 🔹 Automatically log every transaction into Stock Histories. 🔹 Send real-time alerts via Outlook (Email) and Microsoft Teams when stock levels fall below the Reorder Threshold. Implemented JavaScript Web Resources to enhance form functionality and introduce dynamic UI behavior. Expanded capabilities with custom Plugins, registered and managed using the Plugin Registration Tool and XrmToolBox. Connected the CRM backend with an Angular frontend, enabling fully functional CRUD operations in real time across all Dataverse tables. Built an interactive Angular dashboard displaying key metrics, charts, and tables for instant insights into assets, transactions, and maintenance logs. Customized dashboards and views for transparent monitoring of stock levels and transactions. 💡 What sets this project apart is the comprehensive solo management: from environment setup, customizations, and automations, to plugin development and building the Angular integration with a modern, interactive dashboard. 🎥 Here’s the video demo of the full solution – showing how all components work together in real time. #Dynamics365 #PowerPlatform #Dataverse #CRM #Angular #PowerAutomate #XrmToolBox #PluginRegistration #AssetsManagement #SoloProject

🚀 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐲𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝟑𝟔𝟓 𝐂𝐑𝐌 In Dynamics 365, notifications are key to guiding users, preventing errors, and making forms more interactive. Here are the three main types every CRM developer should know: 🔹 𝐅𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝-𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧) 📍 𝑷𝒖𝒓𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒆: Display a message tied to a specific field. 🖥️ 𝑨𝒑𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒔: Right below the field control. 💡 𝑩𝒆𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒊𝒐𝒓: Great for validation. ERROR type can even block form submission. 🔹 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦-𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧) 📍 𝑷𝒖𝒓𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒆: Display a message for the whole form. 🖥️ 𝑨𝒑𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒔: As a notification bar at the top of the form. 💡 𝑩𝒆𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒊𝒐𝒓: Supports INFO, WARNING, and ERROR types. Needs a unique ID for clearing messages. 🔹 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧) 📍 𝑷𝒖𝒓𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒆: Show app-wide alerts not tied to a single form. 🖥️ 𝑨𝒑𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒔: At the top of the model-driven app interface. 💡 𝑩𝒆𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒊𝒐𝒓: Supports Success, Error, Warning, and Info — with optional action buttons. ✨ 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲: Choose the right notification type based on scope — Field for inputs, Form for page-level validation, and Global for app-wide guidance. 👉 Which notification type do you rely on most in your projects? #Dynamics365CRM #PowerPlatform #Microsoft #LearningDynamics365

🚀 How Business Rules in Dynamics 365 Simplified My Workflows One of the most underrated features in Dynamics 365 is Business Rules. Recently, I implemented them to streamline a CRM process — and the impact has been huge. ✨ With Business Rules, we: * Automated simple validations without writing code. * Guided users with field visibility and recommendations. * Reduced errors by applying logic consistently across forms. * Improved adoption since the experience became more intuitive. * What I love most is how quickly business users can see results — no long development cycles, just simple logic applied directly to the forms. 💡 Sometimes, the smallest features create the biggest wins in efficiency and user experience. 👉 Have you used Business Rules in your Dynamics 365 projects? What’s been your biggest win? #Dynamics365 #PowerPlatform #BusinessRules #CRM #DigitalTransformation

🚀 Smart Buttons in Microsoft CRM & Power Platform -Small Button, Big Power! Ever faced this in CRM? 👉 Too many clicks just to run a simple process? 👉 Users missing important actions buried deep in menus? That’s where Smart Buttons step in.
