Victoria’s Secret & Co.’s Post

Interns from our Bridgeforth Cotton Seeds of Innovation program recently visited our office to meet with associates and see firsthand how raw materials transform into the products we sell. The experience provided a behind-the-scenes look into the connection between agriculture and retail. Launched in 2024 in partnership with Bridgeforth Farms, the program supports agricultural students from two Alabama-based universities with scholarships and internship opportunities. It also builds on our partnership with Bridgeforth to source cotton directly from U.S.-based, family-owned farms. We’re proud to invest in future leaders who are shaping the future of agriculture.
