So Della been in the technology space for 40 years. So we've been around a long time and we've stood the test of time. So we're very tenured in how we approach things and we're very quick off the mark. So we have been operating in really exciting Janet generative AI projects. We took 800 use cases because we're a huge company. This could be applied to to many different segments. You can't do 800 all at once. So we narrowed that down to 8 projects that could benefit and see a return on investment, OK, in generative AI. I think sometimes it can be hard to have your voice heard. You know, especially I even use situation as well in a meeting full of men and like, no nicest man in the world, but trying to get my voice heard. Yeah, but I've learned, and this is just through mentorships with work and everything, just to be a bit more confident in my own abilities and like, you know, push to have my voice heard. But like using other aspects like networking, attending workshops and even CSR events is a great way to build those connections and kind of be more confident. In yourself and for me as well, as I said, like I've been very fortunate to work with loads of like female managers and colleagues and they've definitely provided me with that mentorship and that coaching that I needed to get to where I am in my career. Those highlights I always going to remember are the the key milestones, especially working for Virgin Media where we moved from all technologies to new ones like taking the leap from sub 2 Max services where we're giving customers. 128 kilobits per second speeds are and moving down to 2 Meg or 10 Meg and that seems such a huge sleep back then. Yeah, we're now 10 gig services are becoming a norm.
