@Walmart, I was sold a counterfeit product on your site. Dangerous and unacceptable. I caught it before using it on my skin, but it was clearly fake, wrong bottle, wrong texture, no alcohol (unlike the real Tend Skin). Your rep treated it like a standard return. No accountability. No urgency. This isn’t just bad service, it’s a serious safety risk. Fix your protocols before someone gets hurt!
