Growth sounds great—until you realize it’s coming at the cost of your sanity. More clients and more revenue sounds great but not when you realize how stressed it’s all making you. When we think about scaling our businesses, we should be thinking about working smarter not harder. So, if we think we’re ready to grow, let’s stop and ask ourselves: ✔ Can my business handle more clients without me personally working more hours? ✔ Are my operations solid, or am I constantly putting out fires? ✔ Do I have (or need) a team that can take work off my plate? A growing business should create more freedom, not less. If your growth plan relies on you working harder… it’s time to rethink the plan.
