At Wendy’s, we’re all about serving our fresh, famous food made right for you, every time.   To make that happen, our restaurant teams need the right tools, systems and support. That’s where I come in.   As Chief Audit Executive, I focus on making sure that Wendy’s operates with integrity, follows strong ethics and compliance practices, and maintains effective controls. Among other things, my work helps to ensure that we create clean, safe, and supportive environments for our restaurant team members so they can focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.   One of the things I love most about my job is the variety of my work. One day I might be exploring new cybersecurity protocols, and the next I’m diving into our social responsibility metrics. It’s always evolving, always interesting… and yes, always fresh (not frozen 😉).   What truly motivates me is building relationships across the business. I’m passionate about showing how internal audit can be a strategic partner, helping teams solve problems, reduce risk, and unlock value. It’s incredibly rewarding to tell the story of how we’ve made a difference.   Wendy’s is a special place.
