This is Chris, the CSR manager at WILD. He invited me to go on a nice and easy hike with him to talk about the Conservation Alliance. Here's me on the nice and easy hike. This is also the guy who just climbed Mount Saint Helens last weekend, so I really should have known better. I was really stoked that TCA was open to having Wild joined the alliance. Wild's Corporate Social Responsibility department is guided by 4 pillars of commitment, and one of those pillars is environmental sustainability. The Conservation Alliance is mission is totally aligned with that pillar. We try to find ways to just. Like a positive impact on people and planet. We practice volunteerism, fund conservation efforts, but wild can't do it on our own. So that's why we wanted to join the collective so that we could stand side by side with other like minded environmentally focused brands. They're you know, there's currently a lot of threats to public lands. Some of my favorite early outdoor memories were probably the first time I went to Joshua tree. Being able to see like the arm of the Milky Way Galaxy at night with like the naked eye was pretty sick the first time driving into Zion Canyon. Is just breathtaking, phenomenal. I don't know, For me, spending time outside is like meditation. We spent a lot of time in front of screens, in front of spreadsheets and answering emails and phone calls and constantly being ready to respond to whatever. So it's nice to, yeah, just spend time zone out, reconnect. It feels like this is real life out here. It's great for mental health. It's great for physical health. And I mean, it's my favorite thing to do is spend time outside.
