Wild for. Various technical skills. We lookout for cloud engineers. We lookout for net, We lookout for Java, We lookout for data engineers. Plenty. But one thing which really lookout for is, is someone who has really, really high passion for healthcare, saving someone's life. We are healthcare company. We believe that what we do in our day-to-day life is saving someone's life. That passion. I cannot train someone. I can train skills like net Java, I cannot train that passion. That's what we look out for.
