FIP: benefits tailored to our collaborators Since 2024, Ypto collaborators can participate in the Flex Income Plan (FIP). To do this, they exchange their end-of-year bonus (up to 80 %) and/or extralegal holidays for other benefits that better suit their personal situation, such as leasing a bike or acquiring a multimedia device, extra holidays, a cash bonus or pension savings. And the FIP is clearly catching on: our collaborators purchased 140 benefits last year! The most popular choices? 💶 Pension savings: the financial contribution was chosen 62 times. ⛱️ Extra FIP days: 39 collaborators opted for more time off. 🚲 Bike lease: 26 colleagues opted for sustainable mobility. Clearly, the FIP allows collaborators to choose benefits that promote their well-being. One of our colleagues shares her experience: “Last year, I purchased one FIP day as a test. This year, I will do the same.
