The Wellbeing Services County of Päijät-Häme ( Päijät-Hämeen hyvinvointialue ) has successfully implemented the video consultation functionality on their BeeHealthy platform, earning glowing feedback from users. Both customers and care professionals in the region have rated the tool highly, with impressive Net Promoter Scores (NPS) of 70 and 67.
Customers have rated the technical functionality highly, with an average score of 4.5/5
The video consultations have been praised for their seamless experience, with users noting that they received the help they needed
The process has been described as efficient, ensuring customers' concerns were effectively addressed during their appointments
Additionally, Päijät-Häme has expanded its Digital clinic to include group video appointments and professional-to-professional video consultations, enhancing collaboration and accessibility.
