2. Candidate Sourcing & Shortlisting Our pan-India network helps us source verified and experienced candidates through online and offline channels.
3. Preliminary Screening Applicants undergo document verification, telephonic interviews, and initial background checks.
4. Practical Trade Tests Every candidate undergoes hands-on trade tests at authorized centers, judged for accuracy, productivity, and safety knowledge.
5. Client Interviews & Final Selection Selected candidates appear for virtual/in-person interviews conducted by client panels. Feedback is given instantly or within 48 hours.
6. Medical & Visa Documentation Final candidates go through GAMCA or client-approved medical tests, followed by visa stamping and ticketing.
