Enable Profile

Home > Profile > Settings and Action > Setup and Maintenance > Task: Search: Manage Administrator Profile Value.

Enable Manage Administrator Profile Values task to set the following profile values to Y:

ORA_HCM_VBCS_PWA_ENABLED

ORA_PER_GUIDED_JOURNEYS_SETUP_REDWOOD_ENABLED

ORA_PER_AGENT_TASK_TYPE_GUIDED_JOURNEYS_ENABLED

ORA_PER_JOURNEYS_ENABLED

ORA_PER_GUIDED_JOURNEYS_ENABLED

AI Agent Creation

 Home > My Client Groups > Show More.. > Tools: Configure HCM Agent, then choose Tools section on the footer page.

AI Agent Tools

Note: Use the appropriate policy document and follow the detailed instructions before uploading it as an attachment in the AI Tool.

Schedule Process

Tools > Scheduled process

In the Scheduled Processes work area, click Schedule New Process to run the Process Agent Documents.

Verify the Document status to Published.

 After the above scheduled process, the document is published.

Add Tool Document into Agent Tool

Home > My Client Groups > Show More.. > Tools: Configure HCM Agent, then choose Agents section on the footer page.

Create new Guided Journey

Choose page for journey mapping.

Home > Me > Pay > Payments
