Syno has fully launched a new survey tool called SynoSurvey. It replaced our old tool and has various features:
📌Easy-to-use interface for creating questions and answers;
📌Survey logic with show, jump, and screening conditions;
📌Advanced randomization where questions and parts of surveys can be rotated;
📌Coder of open-ended answers working in a simple and quick manner;
📌Reporting in several file formats with necessary filtering and splits;
📌Survey customization possibilities for logic and design.
So what is SynoSurvey? SynoSurvey is a tool that provides a base for creating and managing surveys on your own. But it's also so much more!
The Syno Operations team uses this tool to script surveys for projects. Besides, more and more of our clients have started using SynoSurvey by themselves as well. Our support team is ready to consult how to use it whenever there is a need. And more advanced features are constantly added according to users’ needs.
