As the year ends, it's tradition to reflect on all that's been accomplished — and we couldn't let that pass by without sharing our own journey. 2024 was a year of growth and innovation, and we're proud to highlight some of our biggest wins and exciting developments.

Leading the Way with Hyvä Compatibility

This year, we reached 160+ Hyvä-ready modules and achieved full compatibility for 130+ Magento extensions with Hyvä Checkout. As a strong advocate of Hyvä tech, we’re excited to continue supporting Hyvä Commerce and its growing community.

Ensuring Accessibility and Security Compliance

With the European Accessibility Act (EAA 2025) approaching, we ensured more of our Magento modules met accessibility standards for Luma and Hyvä themes. We also revamped our Stripe Payment module to align with the latest security protocols, delivering safer, smoother transactions for merchants and customers alike.

Competing with Adobe in B2B E-commerce

This year, Amasty Gold Sponsored Meet Commerce Spain in Barcelona, where we unveiled B2B E-commerce Premium Solution for Magento 2 a fast, intuitive, and Hyvä-compatible alternative to Adobe Commerce B2B. This suite simplifies complex processes, empowering B2B merchants with cost-effective, scalable solutions.

Customer input drives our innovation. This year, we introduced the Recently Viewed Products Popup (for free!) and launched other customer-inspired solutions like:

Shopify, Wix & Ecwid Growth

Beyond Magento, we’ve grown our presence on platforms like Shopify, Wix, and Ecwid introducing 11 new apps.

Community & Partnerships

In 2024, Amasty transitioned to Adyen for subscription payments, providing merchants and agencies with a more secure, scalable payment solution. We also strengthened Magento Checkout support for faster issue resolution, minimizing disruptions for store owners.

As active participants in the Magento ecosystem, we proudly engaged in the 2024 Magento Association Board elections, advocating for collaboration and diverse representation to shape Magento's future.

Goals for 2025 and Beyond

  • Enhancing Product Features – The Amasty team will continue developing new functionality and improving existing module features to better meet our clients’ needs.

  • Optimizing Performance and Quality Through fixing bugs and ensuring stable updates, we aim to reduce the impact of our modules on load times and store performance.

  • Ensuring Accessibility Compliance – In 2025, we’ll make sure that even more Amasty extensions meet ADA & WCAG standards, thus simplifying legal compliance for store owners.

  • Expanding Hyvä Compatibility – We remain committed to achieving full compatibility of the Amasty catalog with the Hyvä Theme and Hyvä Checkout.

  • Driving Innovation in E-commerce Naturally, we’ll keep creating more new products to boost our clients’ sales, optimize business processes, and enhance user experience.
