Amazon has announced the minimum starting pay for frontline operations employees in the UK will rise by 5.9% to £14.30 and by 5.5% to £15.30 per hour, depending on location.
This change will take effect from 28 September 2025.
The pay increase means annual salaries for Amazon's frontline employees will now start at a minimum of £29,744 and in some locations, £31,824.
This represents a significant investment in Amazon's UK workforce across all full-time, part-time, temporary, and seasonal roles.
Amazon’s minimum starting pay has now risen by 80p per hour in the past year, and by 43% since 2022. The rise will benefit tens of thousands of frontline operations employees across the UK.
