AP800S Containerised set built by CPS

Our guys have been busy building a AP800S Perkins engine, coupled to a Stamford Alternator and DSE5420 Control panel, All the build was done here in North Yorkshire including cabling, mechanichale work and even the LED Lighting inside for when the Generator needs to be serviced.

Then unit will be dispatch the Iraq shortly so I have been taking images myself (on my Samsung phone so please excuse the quality) our marketing team have taken images with a more quality camera and they will follow.

Outside with Doors open and push buttons from the inside.

Doors on steel secure latches for maintenance purposes.

Air louvres on show. With emergency stop button for security purposes. With fork pockets and Cable entry points.

Large container doors with space for padlocks for additional security. Including CSC plate. Fork points, ladders and lifting points on all corners ( bottom and top)

Perkins 4008 Engine with Heat wrap and alternator in view.

Anti Vibration mounts and room around the generator for servicing purposes.

LED Lighting with dust and weatherproof IP Rated switch.

Push button interior door handles for easy opening once inside the container. (Safety feature)

Emergency Stop on the outside (Safety Feature)

Window doors with Ladder for roof access, including emergency stop, air vents and three lockable doors.

Fork lift points also on view. Door latches for keeping your doors opening during servicing.

Air vent louvres.

I am extremely proud of the work that has been put in to this and I assume my customers will be as well. The unit looks fantastic and has been well thought out by team CPS.
