August 2024 Round-Up

Summer Social – Sports Day

On the 14 August, the team gathered together for our Summer social event. Despite a bit of rain earlier on in the day, the energy was high as we celebrated in true Olympic spirit with a traditional sports day, perfectly organised by David Mold from Withinnovation.

Our four teams competed fiercely across events like the egg-and-spoon relay, space hopper relay, shot put, and a thrilling tug of war, to name just a few. There were plenty of laughs, some "creative" tactics, and lots of team spirit on display.

It was fantastic to see everyone come together, building camaraderie and making memories. A huge congratulations to Team 3 for taking home the gold! 🥇🌟

EN Supplier Awards

On 16 August our Marketing Executive, Sameer Gurung had the privilege of presenting the ‘Supplier of the Year – Graphics & Printing’ award to Hollywood Monster at the #ENSupplierAwards24. Congratulations to all the winners!

Social Media Workshop

On August 21, our Social Media Manager, Michelle Whitney, hosted an insightful Social Media Workshop at our HQ in Redhill, bringing together staff from various departments. The goal? To empower our teams to be more engaged and active on social media.

As a company, we’re passionate about the content we create, and we want our staff to share that enthusiasm! Michelle guided the team through best practices, tips for effective posting, and how to engage with our growing online community.

It was fantastic to see the team come together to enhance their social media skills, and we look forward to seeing them share and connect online.

Michelle shared: "I enjoy hosting social media sessions in the workplace with the goal of empowering my colleagues to confidently engage with social platforms. Many who don’t use social media regularly may feel apprehensive, yet it has become an essential tool for communication and marketing. I take pride in equipping others with the skills, tools, and confidence to use social media effectively."
