Congratulations, Miho, for winning the AXA Art Prize UK 2025!

As highlighted in last month’s Digest, we are thrilled to announce Miho Sato as the recipient of the AXA Art Prize UK. Her remarkable artwork, titled "Windy Day 2," was selected from the prestigious Royal Academy of Arts (RA) 2025 Summer Exhibition, earning her the coveted £10,000 prize.

Miho’s piece captivated the judges with its dynamic depiction of movement and a compelling interpretation of the relationship between nature and human experience. It is currently on display as part of the RA Summer Exhibition in London and will remain on view until August 17th. Miho shares with us her inspiration behind her winning artwork, ‘Windy Day 2’, with advice to upcoming artists to follow their instincts.
