Dear All , everyone knows that Crude prices in $ per barrel have drastically dropped making things difficult for Oil & gas majors & in-turn Engineering Consultancies dependant on them. This has resulted in projects going on hold or delayed till budgets are allocated. it is envisaged that things will take time for new projects/proposals to come up. Companies will have to work at an optimised level with less manpower & hope for situation to improve quickly. It may happen that some people may loose their job or are benched for some time. However the point here to make is that the employee should not loose his self confidence . Positively things are going to improve ( lets hope it does quickly ..) $ (Barrel Rate) of oil remains to be a big factor affecting a large chunk of population who are dependant on them . Lets conserve energy & oil till then..
