But avoiding emotions only strengthens their hold on us. When we learn to sit with them, to see them as part of our built-in guidance system, we stop reacting on autopilot. Instead, we gain clarity and choice.

Much of what we struggle with today isn’t actually about today.
Our subconscious holds onto past experiences, shaping how we react in the present.
If you were criticized as a child, you may find yourself hypersensitive to feedback.
If you experienced rejection, you might avoid situations that could lead to it—even if it means holding yourself back from opportunities.
These patterns run silently in the background, influencing your decisions, emotions, and even your success. But they don’t have to control you.
When you learn to pause and recognize that your reaction is coming from an old story rather than the present moment, you gain the power to change it.
