Amsterdam’s QDNL Participations bags €25 million for early-stage quantum development Amsterdam is solidifying its reputation as a leading tech hun with the launch of QDNL Participations' new €60 million venture fund - dedicated to early-stage quantum startups. With an initial close of €25 million, this fund marks an expansion from the Netherlands and beyond, supporting quantum ventures worldwide. Read more.  

Avantium and the University of Amsterdam come together to research a solution for textile recycling Avantium, an Amsterdam-based company, has developed a method with the University of Amsterdam (UvA) to separate cotton from polyester in polycotton fabrics using hydrochloric acid. This new method makes textile recycling easier and reduces pollution. Read more.

Agritech startup Agurotech raises €2.25 million for data driven farming solutions

Their latest investment will be focused on accelerating their international growth. Founded in 2020, Agurotech is an Amsterdam-based agritech startup offering data-centred solutions for precision agriculture, supporting sustainable crop production through advanced sensors and tailored irrigation systems.
