Boosting your Inner Strength

Boosting your Inner Strength

Boosting your inner strength is a vital step towards leading self. I have often realised that societal conditioning can put a lot of limiting beliefs on mind. It can start as early as childhood. Some examples could be about company of friends, subjects to study and career choices to pursue. These thoughts can become ingrained and it can put a toll on our inner strength. People can experience it in many ways as they navigate life challenges and dream to live a happy and confident life.

So stepping into your inner strength and realising true potential can be challenging at times. It requires rewiring of thought process and taking courage at every step. Being open to failures and risks and developing patience to understand where you are in life currently and what's the desired destination. It's a long term-reward and doesn't focus on quick wins.

The mental debate is always on as we live in "two minds." Pulling yourself out of old ways of thinking and behaving and rebooting the inner strength muscle is the "new job."

Some strategies that equip me to play the game -

  • Having a clear vision of what I want to achieve personally and professionally. Trust me, gaining clarity is quite crucial.
  • Writing down actionable goals/ steps and measuring it against key performance indicators.
  • Tracking and reviewing progress on how I use inner strength to solve problems and achieve my goals (Long-term and short-term)
  • Using meditation as a tool to boost my inner strength and power on a regular basis.
  • Creating a trusted community of people for open and honest feedback conversations
  • Being easy on myself as I always learn from my mistakes. An opportunity to reflect personally and shine through.

So if you are up for the game, do connect with me at smriti.chandra@gmail.com for a personal coaching session. The session expands your mind space to understand thoughts that build your inner strength and those that can be limiting your thought process. Get ready to find the new "You"
