Companies are growing without adding jobs! It is a jobless growth. Fewer jobs means less spending. Less spending means reduced money circulation. Reduced money circulation means reduced tax revenue of Govt. Less tax revenue means less government will have to increase further taxes. More taxes means less growth!
One need not be student of Economics to understand this simple logic. But is there anyone in union government who will understand this? Our Ministers and panjandrums of Finance Ministry are obsessed with "Vikas".
Mr Modi is running our country, the way he ran Gujrat when he was Chief Minister. He invests in lot of infrastructure. But that business model was suitable for Gujrat. Now the economic environment the world over has changed. But Mr Modi is yet to take into cognisance of this fact!
